All About Spikes with Stephen Cavaliere

Spike solutions are one of the ways extreme programming teams “figure out answers to tough technical or design problems“. Their use has evolved over the years and as they’ve been adopted by Scrum Teams. There are also many teams out there who may be using spikes in a way that creates more work without solving problems.
