Bas Vodde led a session at Agile 2017 called “The Story of LeSS”.   During his presentation he explained how the Large Scale Scrum Framework came about through the work he and Craig Larman did together at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2005.  In this interview, Bas and Dave discuss his session at the conference, the nuances of the LeSS framework and what makes it work, and Bas shares an update on what to expect at the upcoming LeSS conference in London this September 13-14.
