She has a passion for creating solutions with the client, not for them. She focuses on enablement of skills and shifting of mindset and culture to sustain adoption of modernized ways of working for the client and by the client. She firmly believes that by building effective relationships at all levels, including depth of trust by proven performance, she and our clients can partner to achieve impactful outcomes. Rachel has addressed enterprise transformational change in a variety of industries such as retail, utilities, logistics/transportation, supply chain, financial services and insurance.
