Melissa has over 15 years of management and technical experience in a range of functional roles. She has worked in a variety of industries including financial, non-profit, and government. Melissa has a passion for understanding the difficulties that organizations face in order to be a committed and ardent change agent to solve those challenges. Prior to joining Leading Agile, Melissa facilitated multiple divisions of Fiserv in their Agile Transformation journey utilizing the Leading Agile model. She has experience coaching all levels of the organization from Scrum teams to the executive suite. Melissa deeply understands the importance of measuring the right things at each organizational level to give them the insight they need to show how they are delivering value and provide information both up and down. She also has extensive experience blending Agile with compliance needs in an environment where there are regulatory requirements. Melissa excels at creative problem solving to achieve business outcomes and change.
