While Kristin started her career on Wall Street, she transitioned into a 15-year Management Consultant focused on pre- and post-merger integrations. After her MBA, she started a women-owned boutique consultancy to help private equity firms structure their portfolio companies for sale.

Kristin attained her undergrad at Baruch, post-grad at NYU, and MBA from Cornell as a distinguished Park Fellow. Kristin lives on the east coast with her two dogs and family.
