Finance Operations Manager
As the Finance Operations Manager with LiminalArc, Kate oversees the tracking of deliverables and expenses for both the Executive and the Coaching Teams. She is responsible for reconciling accounts, billing, and reimbursements and handles the numerous financial details with the assistance of the Operations Support Specialist.
In addition, Kate plans and handles the logistics for LeadingAgile Corporate Gatherings, Executive Team Meetings, and sending team members to National Conferences.
Prior to joining LiminalArc in 2012, Kate had the privilege of focusing her time on her family after a twelve year career in the land title industry as a searcher/examiner and as a closing agent. She is both excited and honored to be part of the LiminalArc team.
