Crista Grasso is a results-focused entrepreneurial leader and change agent with proven success leading large-scale enterprise Agile Transformations.  She brings more than 25 years of experience spanning diverse industries including manufacturing, e-commerce, insurance, finance, non-profit, and higher education.  She has deep expertise and practical experience pragmatically applying a range of Agile frameworks including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean including Six Sigma and 5S.

Crista is passionate about organizational and Agile Transformation and building high-performing teams who can lead and sustain change as an organization evolves.  She thrives on collaboratively helping organizations address and remove barriers to adopting Agile at scale.  Crista is a certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant (SPC), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt.
