Operations Analyst

Since joining the company in 2022 as a Talent Coordinator, Angie has grown into roles that align with her passion for collaboration, learning, and operational excellence. After advancing to Senior Talent Coordinator in 2023, she transitioned into her current role as Operations Analyst. Today, she focuses on supporting day-to-day operations—coordinating tasks, contributing to operational workflows, and helping deliver process consistency across the organization.

In her role, Angie supports staffing and forecasting, contributes to healthy account management, and participates in special operational excellence projects. She is also involved in people management, maintaining healthy financial management, and defusing noise in systems to improve clarity and efficiency. Additionally, she supports bench management and facilitates company-wide communications to keep teams informed, aligned, and engaged.

Prior to joining the company, Angie spent several years in community fundraising and event coordination, as well as sixteen years in the field of special education. She brings a deep commitment to learning, teaching, and helping others—grounded in high standards, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.
