She is typically brought in when growth or margins are under pressure, major investments are not producing sufficient value, or the operating model is no longer supporting the priorities of the business.

Her work focuses on identifying where enterprise value is being lost and helping leadership teams make the choices required to improve performance. She advises on enterprise performance improvement, operating-model modernization, portfolio and capital allocation, technology transformation, restructuring, and integrations and carve-outs.

Increasingly, Julianne works with executives on AI economics and value realization—helping organizations determine where AI can create meaningful business value, how productivity gains can be captured and redeployed, and what must change in the operating model, governance, capacity, and technology environment to translate AI investment into growth and margin improvement.

Over more than two decades, Julianne has worked across private equity-backed and corporate environments in technology, retail, consumer products, industrials, life sciences, and financial services.
