PMI Registered Education Provider

LeadingAgile is known for providing industry leading Agile coaching and Agile transformation services.  Since I joined the family back on July 1, in addition to offering private training classes, we are also offering public Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and PMI® Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) courses.  I am happy to announce, LeadingAgile is officially now a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.).

For those seeking the PMI-ACP certification, in order to meet the training requirement, you’ll need 21 training hours in an Agile-specific curriculum. Our ACP class is worth 21 PDUs and our CSM class is worth 14 PDUs. To ensure members of the PMI community know LeadingAgile offers quality training that will help satisfy that requirement, we applied to and were approved to be a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.).

What does it take to become a PMI R.E.P.? Applicants must complete a 33-page application, which includes a strict quality review of both the trainers and the curriculum.  As an R.E.P., LeadingAgile has been approved by PMI to issue Category “A” Professional Development Units (PDUs).

Our certified trainers are actually Agile practitioners by trade, with years of real-world experience. We come from a variety of backgrounds, allowing us to offer relevant training specific to the needs of the individual student. Both our public and private classes move at a steady but relaxing pace, delivering the right combination of applicable information, Q&A, and interactive exercises.  When it’s time for your respective exam, you will pass because you understand the concepts, not because you memorized questions and answer.
