At Agile 2016, Esther Derby led two sessions with one overarching message. Both Coaching Teams: Environment + People and How to Create Leaders at All Levels, focused on the importance of creating an environment designed to enable change and support Agile.

Esther shares her thoughts on how to become more critically aware of aspects of the environment, how to interpret the information you gather, and how to make adjustments at all levels of the organization in order to create conditions that support a mindful approach to Agile.

AND, as an added bonus, Esther shares her technique for massaging Tuscan Kale… (which should never be fed to your brother with titanium heart valves – seriously!)
