Senior Consultant

Krishna Chavan brings 22 years of experience in technology. He started as a Java developer at IBM and played various roles such as IT Architect, Delivery Lead, Program Manager, and Agile Coach to name a few. Throughout his career, he has garnered rich experiences in software development and supporting ecosystem.

Although part of a number of large-scale Agile transformations in the last 10 years, including Barclays, JPMC, ExpressScripts & USAA; Krishna is still a developer at heart. This gives him a unique perspective on transforming and integrating teams while supporting engineering best practices for sustainable solution delivery pace.

For most of his career, Krishna helped large corporations get the most out of their globally distributed teams – setting up teams in different geographies with various degrees of maturity, scaling Agile practices to support them, and getting these diverse teams to work as one unit with the focus on whole business solution.

Krishna is mentoring and training computer graduates in India to close their technology gap and improve soft skills to make them market-ready. Almost 90% of computer graduates are not market-ready due to lack of quality education and infrastructure. They can very well fulfill their dreams; they just need a little hand-holding.
