John loves to build things, whether it is products, systems, processes and especially high-performing teams (from 4 people to 4000 people) that can build things with jaw-dropping velocity, quality and value. Most of his career has been spent in Software Engineering and IT. John has made it a point in his 35+ year career to be a generalist who can contribute and lead in any technical discipline. If there is an IT role, he’s probably done it at some point.
In recent years, John has been growing his experience in business operational roles, including COO and CIO roles. John believes technical solutions are a way to solve business problems, versus an exercise to play with technology. He also have a passion for driving business value.
