Chris is an accomplished senior technology executive focused on leading organizational transformations and M&A integrations. He’s passionate about leading change in both business process and culture to maximize profitability and revenue growth.

Most recently Chris was the Chief Operating Officer at a leading, cyber security, software company called Core Security.  As the COO, he led business transformation, M&A strategy, due diligence and integration, and all non-G&A functions including: product development and management, sales, marketing, professional services, and customer support. Chris has an extensive background in Product Management, including building the function from scratch and is Pragmatic Marketing Certified.  He’s also held leadership roles such as Senior Vice President of Products at Taxware and Director of Product Development at MRI Software in addition to leadership roles at Intuit and GE.
