Bharathi TM has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, working across various flavors of Lean-Agile like Scrum, Kanban, XP etc. She's quite an Agile evangelist at heart, seeking to spread the simplistic approach yet powerful impact of Agile values and principles for creating world-class products and high-performance teams.

She specializes in Agile Transformation initiatives and has designed, developed and supported several transition engagements. She is passionate about coaching her clients to develop customer-centric business solutions using an outcome-based approach at a sustainable pace.

She holds multiple certifications such as ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) I, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP).
