Mike,
I really enjoyed your talk at the Agile Alliance Conference last week. We are experiencing much of what you have described. Your framework makes so much sense and even captures the notion of small Agile teams working in one space ( our CTO) while large enterprise programs may follow a scaled framework. We are using SAFe right now. Your idea about ‘ breaking’ or scaling up without the dependencies associated with ‘release trains’ is very interesting.
I am new to Agile but not organizational change. I hope to share your talk with our Transformation Team at our system demo on Thursday.
Thanks again,

Thanks Patty for the comment. Happy to do the talk in the form of a remote webinar or even onsite. I think you connected with some of my team at the conferences, feel free to reach out and set something up. – Mike
