Carrise Kish on Leadership for Genius Tribes

At Agile 2016, Carrie Kish gave the closing keynote on Leadership for Genius Tribes. Her session focused on sharing new tools to help Agile practitioners support and enable the changes and benefits that Agile transformation can bring. Carrie is the CEO for CultureSync, where she works with Tribal Leadership authors Dave Logan, John King, and Halee Fisher-Wright. She and her collogues measure organizational culture by looking at language and patterns of interaction and help them determine how to foster stronger relationships that will unleash the power of organizational tribes.
