Portfolio, Product Coach
Overview
LiminalArc’s Portfolio, Product Coach, is a critical member in our transformation efforts with clients. The Portfolio, Product Coach is focused on coaching individuals & engineering teams within the transformation. They are a member of the transformation team who is focused on delivering the new operating model (System of Delivery) to the organization. The Portfolio, Product Coach will be required to coach both craft-based practices to get the most from the teams in the system of delivery and coach the governance processes to improve interactions, individual behaviors, and team behaviors.
They must be able to understand how the different pieces of organizational structures, team architecture, system functionality, and product development fit into the global structure of delivering value to customers from a product perspective at the portfolio level. This requires a Portfolio, Product Coach to switch between a micro and macro viewpoint of the organization’s development, transformation efforts, and content within the system of delivery.
