LeadingAgile is Now LiminalArc: Official Announcement
LeadingAgile, a name synonymous with excellence in the agile transformation space, has been driving change in some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations for the last 15 years. Today, LeadingAgile announces a new name that represents the evolution of their offerings and capabilities to meet the changing needs of the companies they serve. The shift to LiminalArc reflects a broader, multi-year strategic expansion beyond agile transformation to include the foundational technology and data challenges that ultimately determine an enterprise’s ability to adapt and innovate.
15 years ago, LeadingAgile started with an insight and a mission. The insight? Agile fails when organizational systems and structures are incompatible with it. The mission? To create the conditions for agile to thrive inside large, complex organizations. But the more companies they helped, the more it became clear: their core insight applies to much more than agile.
Across the board, they observed a consistent pattern: when companies introduce a new tool, workflow, or process, it only succeeds if the organization is structurally equipped to support it. If the underlying systems, the teaming strategies, governance, data, and technology architecture aren’t compatible, change is impossible. They set out to address this by removing the structural, systemic, and technology issues that hinder their clients’ ability to achieve meaningful, measurable, and sustainable change, while ensuring they can respond to future rapid technological advancements.
Their vast experience in rearchitecting organizations enabled them to develop a proven approach that addresses a broad range of modern technology challenges, including:
- AI readiness
- Asset Modernization
- Cloud Optimization
- Application Security
- ERP integration
As they encountered these new, modern challenges, they grew their capabilities across software development, data, AI, and security to meet the diverse needs of their growing client base.
Today, although agile is still in their DNA, they believe that the name LeadingAgile no longer accurately reflects their mission and the breadth of their capabilities and service offerings. To solidify their brand evolution and make visible the work they’ve been doing quietly for years, LeadingAgile now continues their journey under the name, LiminalArc.
“LeadingAgile helped companies get unstuck. LiminalArc is about what comes next: crossing the threshold from potential to performance. It’s not just a new name; it’s a broader promise to lead through the uncertainty that real transformation requires.” – Mike Cottmeyer, Founder & CEO, LiminalArc
