William brings over 20 years of experience as a hands-on builder, a trusted consultant, and a strategic engineering leader. He has guided organizations on everything from software craftsmanship to executive leadership. His experience spans building and leading the engineering arm of the Global Twilio organization in the Office of the CTO, where he drove multi-region cloud and global user experience strategies, to serving as Head of Engineering and Operations for a startup tech consultancy that he co-founded. Most recently, he led the engineering organization responsible for the critical mapping tools for May Mobility's autonomous vehicle fleet.
