Matthew
Oatts

Principal Consultant

With a background in process automation and operations improvement, Matthew Oatts brings to LeadingAgile a passion for systems thinking from an empathetic point of view. He has consulted for a wide variety of clients ranging from financial services to state agencies to industrial manufacturers. In addition to large clients, he founded his own consulting business to dedicate a portion of his time to serve small businesses and non-profits through affordable, practical workshops.

Matthew received a Bachelor's in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. He currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife, young daughter, and black-and-white boxer named Rockefeller.
